• Hi,

We are encountering the following error message on an intermittent basis:

Warning: apcu_fetch(): Function spl_autoload_call() hasn’t defined the class it was called for in /home/content/file_path/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 1905

Does anyone have any idea what the issue may be please?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Do you have any caching plugins installed? If so, try disabling it/them.

    Hi Steve,

We don’t have any caching plugins installed I’m afraid.

    Thanks!

Where are you hosting? What version of PHP are you using?

I’ve found the solution and it was to do a with the object-cache.php file that was tucked away in the Drop-ins section of the plugins.

Once I disabled this plugin, that seemed to have solved the problem.

    Thank you for your help.
