Intermittent error message when navigating dashboard

Roughly half my attempts at navigation result in the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘Tgmsp_Lite_Media’ not found in /data/htdocs/vhost/fallingwatergardens.com/html/wp-content/plugins/soliloquy-lite/soliloquy-lite.php on line 139
Any thoughts or ideas?
