    I’m having an intermittent issue with e-commerce analytics. All page views are being tracked but transaction data is not feeding through reliably. I’d estimate about 80% of transactions are being caught. We’ve spoken to google about the problem and they’ve been unable to find any issues and referred me back to yourselves as first line support.

    I need help diagnosing the fault. Do you have any suggestions to set me on the right path?

    Hallo, I made the initial post 8 days ago, and have heard nothing since. This issue is still ongoing, is there any further information you require to help diagnose the problem?

    I repeat, GA intermittently tracks ecommerce transactions as page views.

    e.g. We see completed transactions with their ID in page views and not ecommerce.

    Do you know of any reasons as to why this might be the case? Any pointers will be gratefully recieved.

    Hello, I have the same issue. There are no transactions in my reports… what should I do?

    We’d initially suggest using the Google Tag Assistant tool for Chrome referenced within this document below to see exactly what pages of the site your Google tracking code is being implemented on. This will display information about what tracking code is being used and also show any possible errors.
