Intermittently working

  • Hello, I have used Interactive Maps on this page for the last two years, just recently, I noticed that sometimes the page does not load the map – but instead just shows either the map’s description or the map’s description plus a miniature picture of the map itself.
    I’ve cleared CSS and purged the URL and tried this in incognitio. It may load correctly one time, but the next it doesn’t.
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

    Hi @teepeenomad
    The plugin on the link you shared is not the one from these forums, it’s a different product.
    However, it seems the issue is related with WP-Rocket. Most likely you’ll need to set the plugin files as an expection so wp rocket doesn’t lazy load them. If the problem persists, use the option to contact the author in codecanyon.

    Apologies, I followed the Interactive Maps support forum link and it took me here. Either way, thank you for your reply – you are correct. That was the problem and I have now fixed it.
