• I’m still using the previous [insert_php] version. While it still works on the webpage when it’s loaded I get an Internal 500 Server error when saving the page in WordPress. If I disable the plugin the page saves fine, but as soon as I enable the plugin and save the page i get the error. I am running the latest version of the plugin 2.0.6. I have also tried to remove this version and install the old version 1.3, but still get the same error.

    Hi,
    Show me your code, I think the error can be in it. If the code is very large, please send it to my e-mail.

    Any update? Currently the only way i can save work in wordpress where i have the insert-php plugin in use is to disable the plugin, save the work and the enable the plugin.

    Have the same, but instead of disabling the plugin I just edit, update, get the error 500, hit Back button and everything’s working fine! Note – I am using the latest version of the plugin.

    Hi,

    Sorry delay for reply!

    I received many letters, but I could not find your letter. Could you duplicate it?

    You can contact me via Skype to quickly solve this problem.

    I correctly understand that this is a page for editing an entry, not a snippet?

    Best regards, Alex

    @webcraftic
    Any page that contains either an [insert_php] or a snippet reference. Not all php would fail the page, but for example this: WC()->cart->empty_cart(); inevitably leads to an error 500 after Update of the page (not the snippet – I can change code in the snippet and update and everything is ok, then change some text in the page that uses this snippet, update and – voila – error 500).

    Try to insert a simple code into the snippet:
    echo 'test';

    Then, insert the shortcode into the post and try to save it. Will the error repeat?

    Best regards, Alex

    the latest plug-in works great on one site, but on the other site I can’t activate it without getting a 500 error on the whole site. v1.3 of the plug-in still works fine for me.

    I have setup debugging for php. you can see the error file here. https://www.livecasinocomparer.com/includes/php-errors.log

    I have disabled the geotarget plugin, but still get same error.

    The only way I can get posts to update or save is to disable the insert php script.
