Internal Links Opening in Safari

I’ve installed the plugin and then used safari on my phone to add the app to the homescreen. When I access the app from the homescreen icon and click on any link that just links to another page of the app, the page is always opened in Safari. No internal links are being opened within the app itself, they all just open up in Safari.
