• Hi Marc!

Loving the configurator, it generally works really well. – I do have a question/issue though.

We have product that has quite a lot of variations and I’ve been asked if we can add some SKU codes to the (internal only) order confirmation emails. An example of how it currently looks is here:
    https://ibb.co/Qm1150g

Ideally on the order confirmations it would include the SKU codes (That I haven’t yet added to the site) – so it would be more like:
    Carcass Colour: Light Grey [LG102]
Fascia Colour: Gloss Light Grey [GLG10D]
    Tap: None
    Carcass Vanity Unit – 600mm: Light Grey 600mm [LG600V]

I know we could probably add these to the end of the ‘names’ on the front end, but we would rather try and keep this as clear as possible. The order form already looks a mess!
    e.g. https://ibb.co/5YfDbv1

Additionally, as a bonus question… if someone picks ‘None’ for one of the options, is there a way to stop this appearing as another line in the order itself?

At the moment there quite a few wasted lines where it says “None” that I’d love to just hide/remove if possible.

    Thank you!

    Hi James,

Each choice has a SKU field:

And there are a few options are in Settings > Product Configurator:

NB: The setting “Show SKU in the cart and checkout” isn’t working properly at the moment, so I’m working on a fix (it’s showing the SKU even if it’s unchecked).
Once unchecked (and fixed), the SKU will only be shown in the order confirmation (email and admin).

I’ll add this in the next release.
