Internal Server Error

The plugin is causing an internal server error during load, shown below:

This causes the post update to stall and not refresh properly. The text never clears from the update text box. The user then becomes confused and hits submit multiple times and upon page refresh discovers duplicate posts. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?
