Internal Server Error

    Hi – Trying to import members from our current site into new one. Plug in is great, but for some reason I am getting an error after about 30 seconds:

    INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
    to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error
    occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the
    error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Looks like it successfully imports about 180 members including setting up the extra fields correctly. Using username and email as the first two columns, don’t see any obvious issues with the CSV file (from Excel). Wondering if you have seen this error before and have any suggestions for me to try?

    Probably the problem is from your hosting. PHP has limitted his execution to 30 seconds. The plugin try to makes it unlimited for the import but yes, if your hosting doesn’t allow it, the host throws an error.

    Please, talk to your hosting and tell us.
