Internal Server Error

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to import some files with add from server but every time it appears 500: Internal Server Error.

    I try to refresh the page and then in my images gallery are some of the files correctly imported and some not.

    I’ve tried to see my error logs in hosting site but in my error_docs folder there are not error logs from now. I work with Godaddy.

    Already checked I’m working with PHP 5.4.

    Any help?

    Unfortunately this simply means you’re importing too many photos for what your hosting supports.

    Import fewer files at a time and you’ll not run into the issue. The plugin can’t work around this though, since it’s simply PHP being terminated by the hosting environment as it’s either run too long, or used too much memory.
