Internal server error

    Hi,

    I have tried the latest version and the two before it but every time I try to save a new form I get an internal server error. I am up to date on wordpress current version. The only other plugin I have related to this is the yith mailchimp integration one. So I can’t see what else it could be. Any help appreciated

    Hi,

    Sorry that you are having this issue.

    First, let’s make sure there isn’t a theme conflict. If you temporarily switch themes (to TwentyFifteen), does the issue remain?

    If it does not, then we can confirm that there is an error in the theme you have installed.

    You should also test for plugin conflicts. Does the issue remain if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for our plugin?

    If it does not, reactivate each plugin one-by-one until you find the culprit.
