Hi Willie,
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this error but would love to help you get this sorted out.
Did the error occur after installing the plugin or was there anything that you changed in particular before noticing it? Is there a certain page you were on when the error happened? (customer check out, label printing, etc.)
Internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so a great troubleshooting step would be to try deactivating all plugins. If the issue is resolved, then you would need to activate each plugin, one at a time, until you find the culprit.
If that does not resolve the issue, you can try switching to one of our default themes, like Storefront or Twenty Seventeen, to rule-out a theme-related issue.
You can also follow the troubleshooting steps listed here to get some more detailed information about the error: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/debug-info-internal-server-500-error/
Let us know if you find anything!
