internal server error 500

I am getting internal server error 500 i had updated php and all change htaccess and perform all possible steps but when i tried to upload a product i get this error and site is working fine get error only when update or publish new product i had install heath check and troubleshooting also but it also not showing any error
please help me to solve this issue
