Internal Server Error 500. Site down

My site is at lorsociety.org. I was being instructed to do some editing on it last night, using header.php (see site below), and this morning the site is down. We were trying to enter the codes for the site title and image to show on Facebook postings etc using Yoast. But I have no idea if this caused the site error. Can anyone help? I’m completely stuck b/c I’m not familiar with CSS or PHP programming languages.
