Internal Server Error

I don’t think this is plugin related by wanted to check. When we build the Flash News item in the Amazon Developer console as soon as we save it we are getting an ‘Internal Server Error. Please try again later.’
Is this something we are doing wrong that is causing this or is it a problem on the Amazon side. We submitted a ticket to Amazon but they are incredibly slow in getting back to us.

I kind of figured.
We did notice that our console returns a ‘null’ when we call our clients URL as described in the Alexa usage section: https://client-domain.com/wp-json/alexa-fb/v1/briefings/
Is that normal and could that be the problem perhaps? because we are not seeing a post-type ‘briefing’ we can select.
EDIT: We found the problem literally 2 min after posting this. LOL. Thanks.
