Hi I keep getting an “Internal Server Error” error when creating a feed. see video

Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when creating a feed.
Can you enable this feature in the general plugin settings? https://www.dropbox.com/s/l268c6cwxqgy9en/BasicAttributes.png?dl=0
Let us know if this solved the issue at hand.
thanks for the quick response!
thank you this works! I sometimes still get an “internal server error” but the creation was successful. I have around 90,000 products what do you recommend for the best setting.
I tested a product category. I have set up all field mapping yet merchants is showing errors.
- Missing value [image link] https://prnt.sc/S8f-uy1f4Tou https://prnt.sc/rvPTKjskV1uU
- product type path https://prnt.sc/OL20sAlNPD1l https://prnt.sc/-qlD2EQrwjRY
i previously used another feed plugin “CTX Feed” this automatically load multiple field mapping in the google shopping feed. now, for example, g:additional_image_link was not in it, I applied it, is this correct?
- https://prnt.sc/8Qh_0xI_BsmV https://prnt.sc/SAh_SmT9sYT7
- And in “CTX Feed” there is the possibility to choose from more custom fields. for example rank math is not in your custom fields. see example. is this possible? https://prnt.sc/lm6K-A3abojH
Hi,
With regards to your questions:
- When you use this field mapping the plugin will pick-up on all of your main images: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rharju5ytdyfn5f/g-image-link.png?dl=0
- Try this field mapping: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3jh6bno6h11gnyo/category-path.png?dl=0
- Additional images can be added like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ej1kel7xk2svprb/additional-image-mappings.png?dl=0
- The rank math fields should be in the drop-downs, they might be named slightly different as we use the technical attribute names.
Hope this answers your questions?
thanks for your feedback!
- But when i use for g:image_link -> Main image this should work normally. but still google has an error that the link cannot be read. (btw i select the wrong row https://prnt.sc/rvPTKjskV1uU had to be one below)
- i try it and let you know
- thanks
- No i see only 2 options for rank math: https://www.loom.com/share/2f282902f3804a48b90fb2a64c9ad861

The field mapping you now showed in your screenshot is for the product link, not for the image link. Can you provide us with the product image URL that Google is claiming cannot be read?
With regards to the Rankmath fields (when you make sure you have filled in the Rankmath fields on your product edit pages), these should be in the drop-down: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pwdkzv5dwxya8bu/Rankmath-fields.png?dl=0
apologies I marked the wrong row in the print screen. corrext row: Sample url, Sample url, Video.
I don’t see an option to enter data from Rank Math on the product page, or I don’t understand what you mean

These are the Rankmath input fields on your product edit pages, you need to make sure those are filled with values: https://www.dropbox.com/s/c7unbbogvmnbg2l/R-math-fields.png?dl=0
Bear in mind that dynamic values for those fields will not work, our plugin cannot “translate” those into something.
Can you please share with us the product image URL’s that are added to your feed (not the product URLs itself).
the fields are filled in from rank math.
https://vdxl.im/8720287182849_m_en_hd_1.jpg the product images are loaded from a feed by a plugin. as you can see the photo is an external image
i?have around 90,000 products what do you recommend for the best setting/batch settings?

update:
- Product type path stil not working
2. also doesn’t show the additional images

For the Additional images to be added to your feed you of course also need to make sure that the “product gallery” on your product edit pages have images in them as that is where the plugin is getting the additional images from. This: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7ju0x3r6bcb8b0u/ProductGallery.png?dl=0
I checked your feed and it does show the category path. See:https://www.dropbox.com/s/m893rhf95tnepp5/CatPathShowing.png?dl=0
What output were you expecting for your category path?
The products have a main photo as a gallery photo but are not loaded in the feed. pleas help me with this
and he also displays the category path, only there are strange characters between the categories and I don’t think this should be.
the plugin CTX Feed that loads everything neatly without adjustments and yours does not. otherwise you cannot log in and watch because I would prefer to use your plugin.
and for the third time:: i?have around 90,000 products what do you recommend for the best setting/batch settings? I try to minimize the feed with products by splitting the feeds into category feeds. but it is still very slow.
And he also displays the category path, only there are strange characters between the categories and I don’t think this should be.
The characters are correct, see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324406?hl=nlThe products have a main photo as a gallery photo but are not loaded in the feed. pleas help me with this
Not sure what you mean by that? Please provide us with some screenshots of your product edit pages and explain what product image you would like to use as your main image and which ones you would like to use as additional images.I?have around 90,000 products what do you recommend for the best setting/batch settings? Our plugin is processing feeds by default in batches of 750 products per batch. So when it needs to process 90k products that indeed can take some time. It is hard to say for us what the optimal batch size is as that really depends on your server configuration, other possible heavy plugins you are using and the number of atttributes. When you want to speed up the process I suggest you try increasing the batch size to a higher number and see if the feed is still processing without running into server configuration limitations (than it usually gets stuck processing). This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/The characters are correct, see:?https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324406?hl=nl
Sorry, I thought maybe that was it. strange that google shows this as disapproved. is “product type path” necessary in the feed? otherwise i will leave it outNot sure what you mean by that? Please provide us with some screenshots of your product edit pages and explain what product image you would like to use as your main image and which ones you would like to use as additional images.
see the screenshot. FYI: The images you see are not stored locally in my media. (as you can see in the picture, the rank math values have also been filled in)You somehow added a field names product_type_path, however that is not a valid field name. The proper field name is just product_type: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324406?hl=en, so please remove the product_type_path field mapping, maybe that solves the warning.
The issue with regards to your product images is probably being caused by the fact that your images are not stored locally as your field mappings are perfectly fine. I don’t think this is something we can solve for you.
