  • Try to chmod your directory and files, double check your config file.

Thanks for your respons, but i really don’t know what you are talking about. I was just adding some text in wordpress for somebody, and now i feel guilty about the offline website.

Maybe you can help me through gmail chat? [ redacted, support is offered via the forum and not GMail chat or email ]

    If you have time ofcourse.

I can’t acces my dashboard as well, i get the same error.

Just undo the changes then. You changed something that broke WP. Just undo what ever you did.

Note: You’re not being stupid, Boilerclip.

I updated and get this message now

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_taxonomies_for_attachments() in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/in/te/gr/integrity-debt-solutions.co.uk/public_html/ufo/wp-admin/menu.php on line 67

    Thanks Andrew!

So Steven, do you have an idea how to undo it?

If all else fails back up the DB and manually reinstall.

I am really a newbie, maybe if I give you the information, you can do it for me? if that is possible?

Someone created this website and then left the company, so i dont have any DB files stored on my computer. The new boss asked me to edit some text and pictures, i thought i could do that, and it worked, but then i decided to update it and then this happened.

thanks again, really appreciate your help.

You should never give out your credentials to anyone, not even a volunteer on forums.

If you require support beyond the scope of support provided by these forums, consider paying someone https://jobs.wordpress.net/

Yes I know, maybe a little bit naive, but i’m really desperate!

I think its just a little action i have to perform to undo it, and then i will never touch it again.

Its a website about an orphanage i work in, and for the sponsors its really important the website is online.

I know this is my problem, but i just wanted to make clear its important.

If i click the link it askes me to download wordpress 3.5, i just download and install this?

Andrew makes a good point. Even if someone would volunteer to do it for you it isn’t your personal credentials. It seems they belong to someone else.

Read throught the link I posted above.

Don’t stress over it if you can’t fix it. This isn’t any major problem. You sound like you didn’t delete any info from the DB. So as long as all of that info is in tact you just need to get WP back up and running. Very easy fix.

Just read through that link above.
