    Hello,

install and active then breaks the site with “Internal Server” Error!
    for back to normal state:
    1.disable plugin
    2.remove w3tc code on .htaccess

    what is solution for it?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @natasha006,
There might be some other plugin that W3 Total Cache is in conflict with. Enable W3 Total Cache, and disable other plugins one by one and see if there is some plugin that is causing the conflict.
If the issue persists, Go to your wp dashboard and disable the W3 Total Cache settings one by one, save after each disable and check if there is a specific setting that is causing your issue.

    Hello @vmarko,
    Thanks for your reply.

disable all plugins not resolved the problem.
but i tried by move w3tc code in .htaccess on top of the other codes.
    intenal server error is resolved.
    but now error is different:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/user/site.com/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
after remove advanced-cache.php site will load up!
but after a refresh, site will go down again with same error(advanced-cache.php)

    Hello,
I suggest that you disable and uninstall W3 Total Cache completely. Follow this article => https://www.webnots.com/how-to-completely-delete-w3-total-cache-plugin/
After that reinstall the plugin again. It seems that you might have some corrupted files. Also, make sure that your host allows caching plugins as sometimes there can be some conflict if they have some caching solution of their own.
