Internal server error after updating to 3.9.3

I receive the following error after updating to WP 3.9.2:

Premature end of script headers: php
failed to open log file /var/log/httpd/suexec.log
fopen: Permission denied

The server is working well. I also deactivated most of the plugins. I still receive an internal server error.
