    Hi guys,

I have just updated the plugin, and I still have the PRO version 1.3.9 and the new template plugin pro 2.5.6. As soon as I enable the free version I get errors on my checkout page.

I have enabled debug mode and it says Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 on the page itself and then inside the Chrome Dev Tools it says ‘ Unable to fix malformed JSON

I have deleted the free version of the plugin and reinstalled it but made no difference.

What else can I try to resolve this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Regards,
    Jhorene

    Hello Jhorene,
The latest version of Pro is 2.2.2 (latest Premium Templates is indeed 2.5.6), so a first good step is to update that to the latest version first so see if that resolves the issue.

If you still get that error, in the browser console you could go to the network tab and check the response of the request that returns the JSON error – this will most likely have a PHP error in it. Alternatively you could check your PHP error logs if you have access to it.

If that is too advanced for you or if it doesn’t help you find the root cause, please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help. (www.ads-software.com does not allow us to use these forums for support of paid extensions)
