Internal server error on any save attempt

    Hello,

    Whenever I try to change ANY setting, right after clicking the Save button I get the following error, and nothing is saved:

    “Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@[DOMAIN NAME] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

    Usually this is due to overly aggressive ModSecurity rules, you’ll have to work with your webhost on how to ensure a rule set that is compatible with WordPress is being used. Overly aggressive ModSecurity rules typically don’t like the HTML that is present in the breadcrumb templates.

    Thanks a lot, John! I contacted the hosting service and was then able to adjust the settings.
