    Thank you for contacting us!

    According to your error message, it looked like the “iconv()” extension is missing on your PHP installation. You can read more information about that extension from here.

    Could you please get in touch with your hosting provider with that error information and ask them to enable PHP mbstring and iconv extensions on your server and that should resolve this issue.
