  • Hello Alex,

We are really sorry you are encountering this issue.

Can you please help us in following things so we can troubleshoot this at our end?

    1. Please share your Site Health information via form privately so we can inspect your setup at our end.
    2. Do you recall any changes at host level to your Firewall or any other security features?
    3. On the same screen where you encounter this message can you share any console errors you encounter?

    Best Regards,

    Hi Abdullah,

thanks for getting back to me.

    1. Site Health in form submitted
    2. currently no info in case of site securtiy we us wordfence
    3. PLease use this screenshot as error result, but I am not aware if this means really an error > https://www.screencast.com/t/r14skmOG

The only thing I may have in mind is, that the PHP vers 7.4 has been activated. Maybe there is module missing? According to the health check – all seems perfect.

    Best regards Alex

Thanks for sharing the details with us.

By inspecting your Site Health information I can see bulk of plugins installed on the website. To troubleshoot which plugin is conflicting we need to do following activities:

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    Best Regards,
