Internal Server Error when the phrase starts with one letter

  • Hi!
    We′ve just discovered when searching for a word like d vitamin on our site we get a 500 Internal Server Error, but not if we switch the words and search for vitamin d.

    Anyone else that has run into this?
    Can it be solved somehow? Any suggestions?

    The minimum word length order to index is set to: 1

    That’s pretty much why the default value of minimum word length is 3. If you index one-letter words, it can cause problems exactly like this.

    Have you enabled the “Limit searches” option? If you haven’t, try that. If it is enabled, try adjusting the limit lower.
