Internal server errror (arabic titled posts)

    Hello
    I got Internal server error message after 4.4.2 update on the arabic titled posts
    I tried htaaccess and php limit and not solved
    I removed the WP and installed again and not solved
    The problem is when i post new post with Arabic title and i go to my website to check it, i got internal server error
    Whenever when i post english titled , it works will
    So iam using a smart but not good solution
    I schadule a new posts with english titled then i edit before it will be posted
    It works
    But i need a good solution to stop editing titles

    ANY HELP??
