Internal Service Error When Submitting Quote

  • Hello —

    Great Plugin! However, when I went to test submitting the quote — it comes back with an error saying ‘Internal Server Error’.

    I also then tested by adding products that still had pricing on them and removed that ones that were just for quotes — but that went through just fine.

    Only have the issue when going through the checkout process for items that are just meant to be quoted.

    Hi @jholla,

    I have been able to replicate the issue you have mentioned above. Can you please let me know some details so I can help fix the issue?

    1. Does this issue occur when only WooCommerce & Quotes plugins are active?
    2. If not, then please try activating the other plugins one at a time and check if the issue is replicated.
    3. If yes, then can you please try by activating a default theme such as Storefront and let me know if the issue persists?

    It seems like a conflict with another plugin or theme. Running the above tests will help us narrow the cause down.

    Please let me know the results so I can help fix the issue.
