    Melhor Envio is already configured and working. But I’m not able to configure it so that the fixed cost for abroad varies per product (I can only do it per quantity). I tried to create a class for each of the products, but then Melhor Envio stops working

    To confirm, Melhor Envio stops working, but does the international shipping work as expected?

    Can you please share some screenshots of how you set up the international shipping to help us investigate this further? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings
    • The cart/checkout page with the issue

    I see on the screenshots that the shipping methods for Melhor Envio are all set as 0 price. Is this the correct set up for the plugin?

    Since the default settings are working correctly, the best course of action here is to reach out to the support of the Melhor Envio plugin so they can take a look and help you with the set up.

    In this forum we can only help with the WooCommerce core plugin and its features, so, since the issue is with Melhor Envio, they will be better suited to help you with the plugin settings and compatibility ??

    Hi! Thanks for your reply.
    I think my problem is that any other shipping method I set up will generate this error, not necessarily Melhor Envio. To set up different fixed shipping rates for products shipped abroad, I set up 3 different classes (one for each product, currently we have 3 products): https://snipboard.io/AOLr16.jpg

    Then, on the product itself, I selected the class, for example: https://snipboard.io/iu6g7I.jpg . I believe it is because I selected this class on the product that the other shipping method stopped working. Is this the correct way to set up flat rate shipping that varies depending on the product and quantity (in a scenario where you also have another shipping method set up)?

    This is the correct way to set up the shipping with the default WooCommerce settings.

    If the shipping to Brasil was also handled with the default settings, you could continue to set up this way and it should work normally.

    There are other shipping plugins that would not be affected by this, so there’s something with Melhor Envio that is causing the issue.

    It might be an incompatibility issue, which it is good to make them aware so they can check it out, but it also might be just a matter of adjusting the settings on their side.
