International locations, no prices

    Hi – I seem to have an issue where Packlink cannot generate prices. It’s odd in that it does generate for some countries, and not others. These aren’t even obscure countries – I have issues with France, Germany, Italy etc.

    I’ve tested with different methods, zones etc – I also have the Royal Mail plugin working alongside it which generates prices fine.

    Hi,

    Thanks to contact us, this could be due to that you didn’t set up international carriers or the carriers that you set up are not available for your default parcel.

    Could you share more details on the issue, could you share with us for ex the carrier that you activate for France, the zip code and the characteristics of your default parcel?

    Hi just checked on your shop and I can see carriers displayed for the zip code 75001 Paris.
