international rate issue

  • International shipping is enabled on our website. We are using shiprocket plugin from which we get shipping rate. For national shipping we get correct rate. But international shipping rate is not available.Can you help me with this.

    In this plugin only get indian shipping rates??

    We have a woocommerce website and we have integrated Shiprocket plugin to display shipping rates on the checkout page. Domestic shipments are working perfectly , but we do not receive shipping rates for international shipping. Users will have to pay the shipping charges in advance. How do I get international shipping rates on our website?please replay.

    I would also like to know this so leaving a message here to get notified on updates and replies but it seems Shiprocket just doesn’t reply or provide any support actively for this plugin.
