Is there a way, this plugin can pick up what location the customer is from and determine what store address to use for shipping rates?

We have a UK office so would like our UK customers to receive shipping rates from this address but if a US customer wants to buy the shipping costs are extremly high as it calculates the costs from the UK office. We have a US office so could send the items from there, is there a way to determine if the customer is from US to calculate shipping rates from the US?

    Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, we do have a code snippet using you can switch the warehouse addresses by defining shipping classes to US and UK address. However, we provide this solution only with the premium version.

    Hope this helps!

I cannot do this as the licence number is made up with letters to so it’s saying its not a correct number

    Hi @dctotallockout,

We have developed an add-on which on installation will allow you to configure more than one origin countries based on the destination address. Here is the addon.

Kindly install this plugin and define the origin addresses and then let us know if that worked for you.

In order to test this properly I need to test it out on my main site. I currently have the premium UPS version on another site I own (www.ehvsafety.com) – can I transfer it across so I have the premium plugin and settings on totallockout.com?

    Hi @dctotallockout,

If you have any questions related to the premium plugin, we request you to approach us via the ticket, since this forum is for the free version.

As for our licensing, here is your answer.
