International Shipping error

  • Hi

    I am getting this error and I dont know what it means. The products have a quantity value, country Code, Tarif Code and product description.

    Shipment Error:The quantity value must be at least 1.

    Thanks for contacting us. The error you’ve encountered typically occurs when the quantity parameter is absent in the item contents section of the API request for international shipments. To help resolve this issue, could you please verify whether the product’s stock quantity has been updated in their respective individual product pages? Additionally, please confirm that the quantity for all the products listed on the order page is not ‘0’ and holds a valid value.

    I use a plugin called WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-bundle/, which bundles products together and this might be the reason its not able to find quantity.
