International shipping not working

  • The plugin works as it should when an Australian delivery address is entered at checkout, but not with international addresses. All orders are sent from Australia.

    When a customer enters a non-Australian address at checkout, the Sendle shipping method doesn’t appear at all and the following message appears in the log:

    resultArray —> : Array ( [messages] => Array ( [base] => Array ( [0] => is not yet serviced by Sendle ) ) [error] => unprocessable_entity [error_description] => The data you supplied is invalid. Error messages are in the messages section. Please fix those fields and try again. )

    I can supply access to the site.
