We have a shipping zone set up for the USA which works fine. Then we set up a USPS shipping under “Locations not covered by your other zones”. For some countries I test it with like Mexico works fine. But when I select Canada, it gives me the ” There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

Not sure why some countries work and some don’t.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nexthitwins

I was able to receive shipping rates for Canada on your site, but in case something is still not working, you might need to have a look at how your shipping zones are configured in WooCommerce.

You can enable extra data logging for WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options and checking the box labeled Enable debug mode.

Then, when you try to checkout with a Canadian address, you will see a notification on the checkout page with a shipping zone that the customer was matched to:

You can also enable WooCommerce Services debug logging under WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services. The debug messages will be displayed on the checkout page, similar to the above.

If the problem persists, feel free to reach out again!
