International Shipping Setup

I’m running an e-commerce clothing brand and have been only selling within the US. I’m now ready to expand and offer shipping globally, so I’m looking for the easiest way to offer international shipping rates – the biggest factors being the weight of the items they’ve ordered – I don’t mind adding in weights for each of my products – and also the country it’s being shipped to. How do I set up prices for all of these? Is there an extension or plugin that helps calculate the costs to a given global address based on order weight?
