International Support

I just downloaded and installed your great product!
I am running a worldwide radio station in Turkish. Most of the listeners are in Turkey, but some are in the USA, Europe and Australia.
A few issues:
1- I translated the day of the weeks, it seems to work, except “Today’s Program”, which I think I should spend more time on.
Basically I translated/changed all recurrences of the week of the day, including the DB. If you can suggest an easier approach, you are welcome!2- The server’s time is Istanbul (Turkey) time and 24 hour format, it was already configured like this and Joan works.
I entered the program times with their Turkish day and time.However, the times are displayed (as well stored in the DB) are US format with 12 hour am-pm.
How can I display the European 24h format? (also see the next question)3- I am based in the USA, my local computer time is in US time (PDT) but still display the original day & time stored in the DB, meaning Istanbul time. Is there a way to display the local US time and format for the programs? (-10 hours difference between PDT and TSI)
The ideal is, all listeners should see the programs displayed in their local day and time settings.
4- Some Turkish characters are not stored in the DB. The WordPress is Turkish, all characters work in WordPress pages except in Joan.
For your information, beside some European characters like ?,?,ü some special characters are used in Turkish:* ? and ? (upper and lower case G with a tilde on top)
* ? (upper case I with a dot)
* ? (lower case i without a dot)
* ? and ? (upper and lower case S with a cedilla)Thanks in advance.
