Internet Explorer 11: Edit Team UI broken and non-functional

Unfortunately my client uses Internet Explorer 11. She claimed to not be able to add or edit members. I could not replicate this until I tried using IE11 myself.
In Internet Explorer 11, while editing a team, all the buttons do not work, the profile pictures are missing and the Bio is just text.
Edge, FireFox and Chrome all work fine.
