internet Explorer 11 style

In all browsers it is perfectly displayed, but in ie11 everything floats.
If in explorera settings remove two check marks from the viewing options in compatibility mode. That is displayed correctly. But they are needed for proper operation on the local network. What do you advise? Is it possible to implement what would be on the input with ie on the right host – ticked off?
