Assistance Needed! Internet Explorer And lasventions.com

Hello:
I had several people check for me and I guess there are multiple browser issues. Netscape, AOL, Yahoo, etc.

I run a web based travel related site called lasventions.com. It was doing rather well until the first of May or so. I noticed that my clicks had fallen off dramatically. Checked Internet Explorer last night and it is a garbled mess. Could some one please take a look for me and offer a suggestion? I will gladly pay someone to fix this problem as I hope it is something simple.
