• Hello,

I am trying to find a solution to why a video doesn’t display on IE11. So far I’ve found out that:

-It works in Firefox and Chrome
-MIME settings are correct for .swf and .mp4 (It’s a mp4)
    -Internet Explorer is terrible

The website is on a temp URL: https://d5581706.a340.response-hosting.com/wp/
The video is on that homepage, to the middle right. This is the shortcode I’m using in the widgetized area:

    [su_video url="/wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Tour-The-Oaks-Rehabilitation-Center.mp4" preload="none" poster="/wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/Oaks-Video-Intro.jpg" title="Tour Our Center"]

The preload=”none” was added prior to it not working to see if it changed anything. The full url (https://ect) was there before as well, but made no difference to IE11.

    Thank you.

    Additional Debug Edits:
-Tried disabling custom formatting, no changes.
