Internet Explorer Does Not Recognize Site

We installed WP 2.3 and it is running just fine on Firefox, Camino, and Safari (Mac). It is also fine on Windows Firefox. On IE, however, just a single counter is showing. We put up Brian Gardner’s Revolution theme, had it validated (with no errors) and the IE screen goes completely blank.
