Internet Explorer & Windows Live Redirect issue

When using windows live login – it works fine using google chrome.
However when users try with Internet Explorer it goes past the live login screen, then when it redirects back it just hangs at processing and never logs in.
This has been replicated across all machines I have tested with IE11 and with all accounts.
