    Hi,

I deactivated WP Super Cache plugin.
On clicking activate for W3 Total Cache I got Internal Server Error 505. The site disappeared.

The server host restored from backup. Then it was showing activated.

And I saw a message after cleaning up previous cache:

Page caching is not available. The current add-in /home/mydoctor/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php is either an incorrect file or an old version. De-activate the plugin, remove the file, then activate the plugin again.

After doing all this as I clicked activate I got again Internal Server Error 505 and poof all gone.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Kindly guide me.

    The error message seen is:

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The server host installed with the backup.
