Interpretation of the results and actions

I have tried your plugin and wanted to ask if you also offer an optimization service?

I have tried many things in the past with caching, minifying, object cache, other hostings, but in the end the loading time of my website is always about the same and should eventually improve even with uncached pages and in the backend. But my hosting is not a bad one and is nowhere near the performance limits.

With your plugin I have now seen that Mailpoet and two other plugins take up a lot of loading time and have been able to eliminate them. This seems to have already had an impact. However, I can’t simply do without the others such as Rank Math SEO, Permalink Manager, WooCommerce and the Woodmart theme, and many others, or simply install alternatives.

How do you go about finding out whether plugins and themes conflict with each other or to find any weaknesses in the plugins? Which coders can and do this and where can I find them? And is it even possible to get a system with lots of plugins, page builder and a rather large theme like Woodmart up and running quickly?
