Interrupted order

Hello!
We use Woocommerce and Svea checkout for Woocommerce. We have a problem with one of our orders. In Woocommerce it was registered as interrupted. When you go to the order details I can see this information “Error received when trying to cancel order in Svea: API communication error: Curl error 6 Could not resolve host: paymentadminapi.svea.com”
However, the order has gone through to Svea, and into our business system Visma. The person has paid.
What has happened here and how do I fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again?
There is an option to send “order confirmation to customer once again”, but if I do this now, will it say that it is an interrupted order? Will it be accurate?
It’s urgent.
