Interstellar theme and WordPress 4.4.2

I downloaded fro UFO Themes i also paid for Support and updates but never had any reply from my messages. Cannot get my licence or purchase code either. Anyway, how do i make the gallery work?

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

I have sent them many emails but had NO REPLIES at all.

I cannot register with their support as I do not have the ThemeForest Item Purchase Code?!?
Cannot get a Receipt for the purchase either.

What is going on?

Sorry, but that is entirely up to you and ThemeForest. We don’t deal with their themes, don’t support them here, and don’t allow ThemeForest to support their themes in these forums. You may have to buy the theme again to be able to access their forums and support.
