    Dear Tutor LMS Team,

    Today I’ve been informed by one of my customers, who purchased a course, that the intro video and lesson videos are not working on android device.

    I’ve checked it on my end as well, and indeed the intro video shows errors when clicking the “play” button (either the center button, or the button on the controls bar). The errors encountered are:
    1. It shows the video as frozen
    2. Redirects the user to the previous web page or stays on the same page.
    3. The screen resolution becomes messy (too large) and seem to lose responsiveness to device screen size.

    Upon accessing the lessons and hitting the “play” button, the videos seem to load but are not playing.

    I had to refund the customer as I could not offer any solution. Iphone devices are working perfectly and this issue seem to pertain to Android devices only.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    I have tested the demo course on my Android device and did not encounter any of the issues you mentioned. The videos played smoothly without any freezing, redirection, or resolution issues.

    Could you please try checking the course again on a different Android device? It might be a device-specific issue. Additionally, clearing the cache or trying a different browser on the affected device may help resolve the problem.

    If the issue persists after these steps, please let me know, and we’ll investigate further to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
