invaldi key on reset password

Hey,
I can’t access my normal computer (power surge) and am trying to access my admin section. I have received the password reset url however when I click on the link it says ‘invalid key”

what is the problem here?

I noticed the key looks broken in my email so I tried it from IE as well as FFox

it looks like this

Where “(UDY7TnYF ” it is not part of the link. I have tried adding it but it does nto work
