    The woocomerce email was not sent using MailPoet Sending Service. However, if I send from the Newsletter, it working as expected.

    Upon debugging, I found out it was because of ‘Invalid address: (From): SMTP_FROM’ ,
    In the plugin Default sender, these is the settings:

    From: {{my Site Name}}
    From email: [email protected]

    I also changed the from email with an valid email (with my domain).
    Still not working and getting the same error

    Any idea why?

    In the plugin Default sender, these is the settings:

    So if I am getting this right you have already changed the FROM and FROM email fields to use a valid domain and email addresses right?

    Can you also verify that the email address set under WooCommerce > Settings > Email is a valid one? If you are using the MailPoet Sending Service under MailPoet > Settings > Send with that would need to be an authorized email address too.

    Please give the above a try and keep us posted.

    Yes, all of the emails are valid email.
    Somehow it still not working.

    Hi again,

    OK, I just want to make sure that I am understanding this perfectly. Can you confirm that both the FROM email added at ‘MailPoet > Settings > Basic’, and ‘WooCommerce > Settings > Email’ have been added to your MailPoet account as authorized addresses as explained here?
