Invalid Category on Orillacart Plugin

    Hi,
    I’m actually a newbie here so I need help.

    I installed Orillacart today and I keet on getting Invalid Category every time I add a new one.I can’t even add a thumbnail image to the category because when I click on upload, nothing shows up.

    The products are displaying on the Shop page but the categories are not showing up. I have changed the Permalinks but I still keep on getting Invalid Category.

    Hello, after the creation of every category you need to click on the “Save” button on upper right corner. After that click on the “Upload/Add image” button select your image and click on “Insert in to post” button and again save.
    The category interface is a little bit misleading, we’re working on it.

    Lol I get the same error, but the way to fix it is to just -right click- on the Root icon and click create. When you try to add a new category the normal way, it doesn’t work for some reason.

    Well for me, and thats what I did to make it work.

    I’m getting the categories to show up in the admin but not on the category pages, “no such product” for shop/category/oils/. I also see that the numbnail doesn’t stay in the category in the admin after it’s been added. (set the thumb and it there, come back and it’s gone).
    On a side note, your images are gone in some of your docs https://ecommerceplugin.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Cat-thumb.png and your contact form seems to be down.

    Any help would be great!!

    For anyone else that runs into the problem with the categories page not showing up. Make sure your perm links are set to Post Name ?? All is right with the world now.
