    I keep receiving this email below. We are not receiving the emails.

    You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain: https://coppellcandle.com The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    Invalid “Cc” e-mail address “<>”

    The email is a valid email. Any hints as to stop this error log and start getting the emails from the contact form?

    What plugin are you using for your contact forms, or is this part of your theme?
    It sounds like a blank CC email address is being added by the form.

    I’m using Post SMTP setup plugin. There is a cc email address. The problem is my client isn’t receiving any of the emails sent from their contact form (AR Forms), but they are receiving order emails from Woo Commerce.

    Hi @annabanana74,

    Check your AR Forms output, it sounds like it is adding a blank or invalid CC address. If WooCommerce is working okay, AR Forms must be at fault.
